Marketing News: Entire and Marketing Databasics merge to form new breed of direct marketing agency, IndiciaNews Release from:
Indicia Direct and digital agency Entire and marketing services provider Marketing Databasics (MDB) have today announced that they have merged and formally re-launched as a new breed of direct agency called Indicia.
Existing Entire Managing Director Ian Stockley will head up Indicia as Managing Director. Mark Robinson, current MDB Managing Director, will take the role of Managing Partner working closely with Stockley to develop and broaden the agency’s client base in line with the new Indicia proposition. Two new roles on the Indicia Board have been created with former Entire Managing Partner Julie Atherton appointed Planning Director and Liz Childerley joining the agency as Commercial Director. Childerley has been brought in to spearhead Indicia’s aggressive new business strategy and brings with her a wealth of experience with over 15 years in agency life including time spent at Ogilvy Worldwide, WWAV Rapp Collins and Archibald Ingall Stretton. Stockley continues: “This merger allows Entire and MDB’s combined experience, processes and proprietary tools to help brands truly develop the understanding they need to make deep connections, start conversations and build long lasting, profitable customer relationships”. Both Entire and MDB bring with them a host of long-term clients including Tourism Ireland, Littlewoods, Britannia and Reader’s Digest. In addition, the launch of Indicia follows a recent string of new business wins for both Entire and MDB; ASOS, Fat Face, Sainsbury’s Bank, Blue Square, Woolworths.co.uk and Ecotricity will all continue to work with the agency under the new Indicia brand. |
