Consense, the UK's leading provider of online consultations, has appointed David Fletcher as Assistant Project Manager. This appointment represents an era of growth for the award winning engagement specialist and further strengthens Consense's project management team.

David, a CIM trained graduate, will assist in the day-to-day management of consultation projects and will provide additional marketing and administrative expertise.

Consense is experiencing its busiest time ever since the company formed in 2005 and is currently running online community consultations for worldwide high-wire forest courses, upgrades to energy networks, residential and commercial developments and renewable energy schemes.

The company also manages a variety of other consultation strategy and support activities such as research, public exhibitions, media relations, newsletters and political liaison.

Over the last month Consense has won the SME Innovation award at the National eWell-Being Awards 2010 and was selected by the judges as the overall winner of this year’s event (beating over 42 finalists across nine categories to the position). The company has also been shortlisted in the East Anglian Daily Time’s Innovation and Technology awards category. Both awards and short-listing were in recognition of their innovative online consultation system ‘Open Debate’.
