Marketing News: The next stage in professionalising Beauty, Nail, Health and Skin Care is upon us.
Our organisation, the Services SETA has been hard-at-work creating a "University of Work" model for our 37 Industries, where Beauty, Nail, Health and Skin Care is one of those Industries we are responsible for.
The principle is simple, namely that if an individual has worked hard enough to achieve a qualification at NQF 4, 5 or 6 they should be treated with the respect they deserve instead of being marginalised by a bunch of academics who have never worked a day in their lives and who have managed to monopolise the world of Degree's and Post-Graduate Degree's to the extent that working people are treated as inferior to those who leave school and immediately register for Degree's and then Post-Graduate qualifications such as Masters and PhD's.

Marketing News: Elmscott appoints 3:nine Communications to broaden scope
Marketing communications agency Elmscott, whose clients include Regus Offices, Newmark, The Oceanico Group, and Lambeth College, has appointed 3:nine Communications to raise the agency's profile after a three-way pitch.
Elmscott was established in 1997 as an advertising agency and initially specialised in the travel, property and recruitment industries, building up a roster of clients including The Romanian Tourist Office, Fred Olsen Cruises, and The Co-op Travel Group.
Since then the company has broadened its services to include marketing consultancy, creative design and brand strategy and has developed expertise in the education, facilities management and public sectors offering complete marketing communications solutions.
