Marketing News: iTrent goes live at University College Plymouth Marjon

University College Plymouth St Mark & St John has gone live with iTrent, the fully integrated HR, payroll and talent management solution from specialist supplier MidlandHR. iTrent has replaced two disparate systems previously used to manage HR and payroll at the University College. These systems often presented issues with reporting and daily HR functions, and were also the cause of clear inefficiencies. Having joined the University College as HR manager in 2008, Lucy Pengelly quickly identified the problems that resulted from running two separate HR and payroll systems. The new starter process in particular was time-consuming and prone to inaccuracy, as data had to be entered separately on each system by the different departments.
